• Property & deal information — property addresses, photos you upload, purchase/rehab/ARV figures, notes, and scenarios you enter to analyze deals.
• Payment information — when you subscribe, our payment processor [Stripe] collects and processes your card details. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications — messages you send us for support or feedback.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, actions taken, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Device data — browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

02How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating property analyses, rehab estimates, comps, and reports;
