These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RemodelAnalyzer website and services (the "Service"), operated by DCI Homes LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
02The Service
RemodelAnalyzer helps real-estate investors screen and analyze potential deals. The Service may pull property data and comparable sales, analyze uploaded or listing photos using artificial intelligence, estimate renovation costs and after-repair value, run investment scenarios (such as fix-and-flip, BRRRR, and rental), and generate reports. Outputs are estimates that depend on data and assumptions and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
03Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
04Subscriptions & billing
- Plans & credits. Paid plans and credit-based features are billed as described at purchase. Certain actions (such as AI photo scans and renders) may consume credits.
- Recurring billing. Subscriptions renew automatically for the applicable period until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor [Stripe] to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Founding Member pricing. Founding Member pricing, where offered, remains at the stated rate for as long as the subscription remains continuously active; it may not apply if you cancel and later resubscribe. Bonus credits and perks are provided as described at signup and may have reasonable limits.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. [State your refund policy here — e.g., "Fees are non-refundable except where required by law."]
- Price changes. We may change prices or plans on prospective notice; changes do not affect the current paid period.
- Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.
05Your content
You retain ownership of the property information, photos, and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide outputs to you. You represent that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights (including rights in listing photos you upload). You are responsible for Your Content.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose;
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful or harmful;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or attempt to extract source code or bulk data from the Service except as permitted;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access;
- Use the Service to make lending, tenant-screening, or other decisions in a manner that violates fair-housing, fair-lending, or anti-discrimination laws.
07Disclaimers — no professional advice
The Service and all outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Not professional advice. RemodelAnalyzer is a software tool that produces estimates. It is not an appraisal, home inspection, contractor bid, real-estate brokerage service, or financial, investment, legal, tax, or lending advice, and it does not create any fiduciary or advisory relationship. Automated valuations, comparable sales, rent estimates, and AI-generated rehab estimates and renderings may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Before making an offer or committing funds, you must independently verify all systems, measurements, comparable sales, values, and costs with qualified professionals (such as licensed appraisers, inspectors, contractors, and advisors). We do not guarantee any result, profit, or outcome.
08Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemodelAnalyzer and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or investment losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of [the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim] or [$100].
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
09Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RemodelAnalyzer and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
10Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted.
11Third-party data & services
The Service incorporates data and services from third parties (such as property-data providers, payment processors, and AI providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third parties, and your use of certain features may be subject to their terms.
12Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including Sections 05, 07, 08, 09, and 10) will survive.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or an in-product notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
